The provision of accounting, tax, and secretarial services is governed by a separate engagement letter agreed between S&S Accounting Solutions Ltd and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an engagement letter, the engagement letter shall prevail.

  • Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards and Mauritius law.
  • Timely provision of accurate information by the client is a condition of our ability to deliver services. We are not liable for delays or errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service to which a claim relates, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
